Easy nutty chocoflakes recipe:

I have quite a knack for cooking but i am a lazy cook and always on the lookout for tasty and easy recipes :P
i don't have much of a sweet tooth but as the winters arrive i develop a mad craving for chocolates and cakes and the recipe i am going to share with you all today is a perfect must-have recipe for snuggling up on the sofa with a book or remote and a tin of these :D
You will need :
1.crisp plain cornflakes

2.a bar of dark chocolate
3.flaked almonds
4.peanuts/walnuts (roasted)
5.icing sugar (optional)
6.honey
7.A pinch of cinnamon powder
8.vanilla essence

Recipe:
1.break the bar of dark chocolate into smaller pieces and melt it either in a double boiler or in microwave (quicker and easier IMO)
2.in a separate dry bowl mix the ingredients you wish to add-flaked almonds, walnuts or peanuts and drizzle them lightly with some honey and few drops of vanilla.add a pinch of cinnamon powder and mix again.
3.in the melted dark chocolate add all of these and very quickly fold them through before the chocolate begins to form lumps and harden.
4.spread the entire mixture on a greased sheet on a baking tray or a flat tray till cooled
5.cut desired shapes with a large knife. you may cut them square/diamond shaped :)
6.put these into the blast chiller to set for at least 30 mins before serving :)
7.you may serve these with a light dusting of icing sugar if you like !
ta-daa its ready :)) enjoy
